Financial Literacy for Youth (FLY)

The goal of the FLY Program is to instill a solid foundation of financial knowledge that will prepare students for a prosperous life. We aim to make financial literacy accessible and engaging, ensuring that our young participants are equipped to make informed decisions and achieve their dreams.
The Program is tailored for middle school students in Dade and Broward counties and offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of young learners. Through engaging, interactive sessions, students will explore critical financial concepts and practical skills including:
  • Budgeting: Learning to plan and prioritize spending to meet personal and family goals.
  • Savings: Understanding the importance of saving money for future needs and emergencies.
  • Assets vs. Expenses: Distinguishing between assets that can grow in value and expenses that decrease one's financial stability.
  • Managing Credit: Building a foundation for responsible credit use and understanding its impact on one’s financial future.

Welcome to WE LEAD – Women's Empowerment Leadership Education And Development!

WE LEAD is a comprehensive leadership training program designed specifically for women in the real estate industry, aimed at equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for success. Our program focuses on key leadership topics vital for thriving in the field, including:
